Enquiries are not online checkout Submitting an enquiry or opening WhatsApp does not create a binding purchase until we confirm availability and you accept the agreed total and payment instructions. Payment Card or bank payment is arranged offline (for example bank transfer or a secure payment link shared on WhatsApp). Never send card numbers in public website forms. Delivery & risk Delivery options and timing are agreed case by case. Risk in goods usually passes on delivery to the address you provide, unless otherwise agreed.
